2002 DETAILED DIAGNOSTICS

STARTING / BATTERY / CHARGING

Separate tamper mode, fail-enable, P1626/P1629 and ordinary starting faults before bypassing anything.

OVERHEATING / COOLANT LOSS / FANS

Pressure-test, airflow, fan, circulation and thermostat branches with 2002-specific values.

CRANKS BUT WILL NOT START

2002 sequence for codes, theft deterrent, cranking RPM, fuse feeds, spark, ECT plausibility and 55–60 psi crank/no-start fuel pressure.

LOW / HIGH FUEL PRESSURE
