Inspect fluid and plumbing first
Confirm fluid level, hose routing, disconnected hoses, frozen/restricted plumbing and blocked nozzles before electrical disassembly.
No washer spray can be fluid, plumbing, nozzle, pump, switch or electrical supply. Start with what the system actually does.

A pump that runs with no spray sends diagnosis toward fluid delivery. No pump activity sends diagnosis toward pump command, feed, ground or the pump itself.
Verify electrical delivery at the pump while washer is commanded. Do not use an unloaded voltage reading alone as proof the circuit can operate the pump.
Prove the pump receives a usable command and that the fluid path is open before condemning it.
